By installing or using the ShiftSheet add-on ("the add-on") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install it. The add-on is published by an independent individual developer, contactable at support@shiftsheet.me.
A free tier that covers up to eight people, the schedule grid, all validation checks, hour totals and single-person timesheets. The free tier does not expire and is not a trial.
A paid tier, bought once, that removes the people limit and adds pay rates, overtime pay, labour cost and bulk timesheet generation. The paid tier is tied to the Google Account that activated the licence key, and works in every spreadsheet that account opens.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your payment details are handled by them and never reach us.
Refunds: 14 days, no questions asked. Email support@shiftsheet.me within 14 days of purchase and you get your money back. You do not have to explain why.
The add-on is a calculation and checking tool. It is not legal advice, payroll advice, or a compliance product.
The add-on runs inside your spreadsheet. We do not receive, store or process your data — see the privacy policy for the detail. Your spreadsheet content is yours; we claim no rights over it.
The add-on runs on Google's Apps Script platform. If Google Sheets or Apps Script is unavailable, so is the add-on. We do not control that and cannot guarantee uptime.
If our licence server is unreachable, paid features keep working for seven days on the last successful check, so an outage on our side does not lock you out of something you paid for.
The add-on is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the add-on is limited to the amount you actually paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.

We may deactivate a licence key that is being shared across unrelated accounts. We will email you first.
You can stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it. Everything it wrote into your spreadsheets stays there as ordinary cells and remains readable without it.
We may discontinue the add-on. If we do, existing paid licences keep working for at least twelve months from the announcement.
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be announced on the add-on's Marketplace listing.
